About Nicola Lewis

Registered and Court-Approved Intermediary

My Background

I offer intermediary services across England and Wales for children and adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities and mental health conditions.

I was trained as a Registered Intermediary at City Law School in 2014 and recruited by the Ministry of Justice. I work with vulnerable witnesses in the criminal justice process through the National Crime Agency and accept direct referrals for other intermediary services. Please email me to inquire about my availability and terms.

Equality of access to justice and the right to a fair hearing should be something available to all vulnerable people, I therefore work wherever vulnerable people seek to communicate what they know, in all sectors of the justice system. To date I have worked with wirnesses and defendants in the criminal courts, with adults and children in the family courts and I have worked in tribunals as required.

Board Experience
